Joseph Arthur and James Hall

Kessler Theater, 1230 West Davis Street, Dallas, TX

Brooklyn, NY's Joesph Arthur returns to the Kessler on Saturday, Sept 16 with his wildly imaginative brand of soulfully catchy, explosive trip hop in support of his latest release, "The Graduation Ceremony". Arthur, "The Jackson Pollock of post punk", is a fantastic musician and artist not to be missed.

Opening the bill is the one and only James Hall from Atlanta, Ga. Hall is best known as the electrically supercharged front man from the alt-rock heavy hitting the Futura Bold, the seminal post punk Pleasure Club, and the iconic Goth-tinged Mary My Hope. But it is Hall's songwriting that has always been his secret weapon. Sophisticated, soulful, and honest, Hall is one of the best contemporary writers out there. This is most apparent in his solo performances.

Arthur and Hall are old friends and together they will undoubtedly create an evening of magic at The Kessler Sept 16. Tickets are available at Prekindle.com/Kessler.
